Privacy Policy

Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario (“ALSO”) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing various personal support services to adults with disabilities and others facing challenges in our community.

At ALSO, we take privacy very seriously. In addition to our established policy of dealing with personal health and other information in a sensitive manner, we are required by law to ensure that our collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal information is carried out in accordance with established principles and requirements of Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act.

ALSO has adopted a Personal and Personal Health Information Protection Policy that details our practices. A copy of this policy is available upon request. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please ask to speak with our Chief Privacy Officer.
